WHY LEARN MORE?
|
A large part of what we do as Driver Trainers involves knowing how to drive and how to apply the road rules. This is nowhere near enough to make a good Driver Trainer. The knowledge of how people learn and how to teach them can be the difference between being a success in the industry or losing your business.
More importantly, Driver Trainers have the responsibility to train people how to keep themselves and others safe on the roads. This means that our training has to have an ever-lasting effect on our students. By simply pushing our students through the “hoops” as it were, we are risking the lives of many road users. Effective teaching is the only way to ensure that new drivers are better prepared to drive unsupervised.
